Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unworn, unwashed, and unused.

  • Be in its original condition with all tags attached.

  • Be returned in its original packaging.

  • Include proof of purchase or your order number.

Returns that do not meet these requirements may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Sale or clearance items.

  • Gift cards.

  • Customized or personalized clothing.

  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will review your request and, if approved, arrange a replacement or issue a refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

As our products are shipped internationally from Ghana, return shipping costs and transit times may vary based on your location.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If you wish to order a different size, color, or style, please place a new order after your return has been approved (if eligible).

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

International Shipping

Look Unique Fashion proudly ships to customers in the United States and selected international destinations.

Estimated delivery time is 7–21 business days, depending on the shipping destination, customs processing, and carrier operations.

Customs delays and import procedures are beyond our control and are not eligible for refunds.
